White blend with creamy pear, ripe cantaloupe, lemon and green fig notes

Young fresh white blend from specially selected barrels of indigenous Pošip as well as Vugava and Chardonnay. Grapes cool in an oxygen-free environment before pressing.

About Cuvee White, Anthony Gismondi describes it as a “plump, gently honeyed cushion on the palate supports, while frisky acidity lifts. This is a natural with scallops or succulent spot prawns.”

  • 50% pressed without maceration and 50% pressed with 6 hours of maceration
  • Controlled fermentation with selected yeast
  • 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% fermented in barrique barrels and wooden vats
  • Fining and maturation in steel tanks
  • Alcohol level 12-12.5%
  • First vintage released 2015
